Money to Burn

The entire image you see here is drawn. The illusion of the frame is drawn with charcoal. I used ink for the writing and graphite for the shading on the title card and money. Colored pencils were used for the match heads and the color of the $100.00 bill.

I had some fun with some of the text that is normally found on a real $100.00 bill. In this close-up view you can see some of the changes I made. Bills are signed by the secretary of the treasury not the secretary of Drawing - which I designated as myself. Just to the right of Franklin, there is an official seal under the number 100 that normally reads "The Department of the Treasury, 1789". I changed that to my copyright information. It may be difficult to read on your computer screen but in the upper left corner MY bill reads "Not legal tender for debts public or private."
